How does the Priority Engine work?

Multi-factor AI reads every message and weighs sender history, urgency cues, financial stakes, calendar context, and the patterns of your business. The output is a Priority score for every signal, computed in real time.

Will my messages be used to train AI models?

No. Your data is never used to train any model — ours or any third party. Inputs flow through Anthropic under a no-training agreement; outputs are purged from third-party logs within 30 days.

Where does my data live?

On Supabase Postgres in our managed infrastructure, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). OAuth tokens for connected accounts are encrypted with a separate key envelope so a database compromise alone cannot reveal them.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in one click. Access continues until the end of your current billing period; you can re-activate any time without losing your data.

What is the difference between Starter and Executive?

Starter ($29/mo) includes 2,500 scored signals/month and 3 accounts per platform. Executive ($99/mo) is unlimited scored signals, 10 accounts per platform, Ask (conversational search across every message), and Sonnet-tier deep analysis on the most important signals.

What counts as a scored signal?

A single message that the Priority Engine has analyzed and ranked. Replies inside threads you have already seen are usually not re-scored, so an inbox with 100 new messages may only consume 60–80 signals.

Can I try Executive before paying for it?

Yes. Every new Starter subscription includes a 7-day Executive trial — full feature access, no charge unless you choose not to downgrade afterward.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

All your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Databases are wiped immediately; backup retention windows are honored for disaster-recovery integrity and then purged.
